Returns and Exchanges

Custom items cannot be returned. In the case of damages, please send us photos of the damages within 48 hours of shipment arrival as well as order details. Please send us a message if you have any issues and we would be happy to resolve accordingly. If we have an error on our part, we will gladly send the proper item.
